Chakra means wheel of light in Sanskrit. The Chakras are the seven power points in the human body that circulate energy or the life force also known as prana. They are vertically aligned in the centre of the body close to the spine.

If the Chakra are unbalanced - not properly aligned or blocked - it can affect physical and mental health. The spiritual development is also connected with the good health of the Chakra.

This travel set is specifically designed to carry with you and is small enough to fit into a pocket or bag. Ideal to take with you on holiday or any journey and comes in a velvet drawstring bag a small additional organza pouch is also provided so just the stones can be carried easily.

Stones included: Snow Quartz, Amethyst, Blue Lace Agate, Green Aventurine, Citrine Red Jasper, Obsidian.
