Gemstone Sets Crystal and healing sets are groups of stones that go together for a purpose. These sets of stones can be used for crystal healing, whilst other sets have specific uses. When using the crystals and stones for crystal healing, they can be placed upon the subject, alternativly they may be placed below the subject or around him or her. For long distance healing they may be placed upon a photograph or written name of the ‘healee’. Allow your intuition to guide you. Use other crystal sets by making regular physical and mental contact with them; carrying them with you, placing them close to you at work or home or simply touching, holding and feeling the stones.
