Postage and Packing
All product prices include gift boxes/pouches but exclude delivery. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, which means we only charge you a flat rate fee for picking, packing and delivery regardless of the number of items you order or the weight of your parcel. Flat rate charges are shown below. Delivery charges are added at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address details. All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling.

The delivery charges shown include processing your order, manual picking & packing, packaging costs as well as the actual postage fee, and are therefore non-refundable.

We regret that we are unable to mark parcels with 'leave in porch' (or similar instruction) due to possible theft.

Postage and Packaging is charged at £2.25 per item UK delivery is FREE for orders over £35.00. Orders placed before 12pm (weekdays) are posted the same day. Jewellery & Some special items indicated are posted within 3 –7.

Postage for all international orders is charges at £3.50.

Delivery is free on UK orders over £35.00.
